Cancellation Policy

At PLUNJ Knoxville, we strive to provide flexibility while maintaining the highest quality service. Please review our cancellation policy for our mobile sauna and cold plunge pop-up event services: • Cancellations Made 1+ Hours Before the Scheduled Session — Free of charge. You may cancel or reschedule your booking at no cost. • Cancellations Made Less Than 1 Hour Before the Scheduled Session — A cancellation fee of 50% of the booking total will be charged. • No-Shows — No refunds will be issued. We also offer flexibility for weather-related cancellations. In the event of severe weather conditions that make setup unsafe, you can reschedule at no additional cost.
